Most of us have simply forgotten how to slow down and listen.

     

    When I tune into your biofield, I become a translator between you and your body's wisdom. I perceive the energetic patterns behind physical symptoms—the emotional roots that run deep, the stored memories your cells are holding, and the places where your nervous system is still protecting you from old wounds. This information won't show up on any medical test, but it holds the keys to understanding what's really calling for your attention.

     

    A medical intuitive evaluation uncovers the root causes of imbalance in your body by reading the intelligence that lives within your cells and nervous system. Using my clairempathic abilities, I can identify where emotional trauma, limiting beliefs, and energetic blockages may be manifesting as physical symptoms.

     

    Your detailed report includes natural remedies and practices you can begin implementing right away—gentle ways to support your body's innate healing intelligence. Each recommendation is designed to work with your body's wisdom, not against it, helping you remember that you are the master healer of your own life.

    What to Expect from Holistic Life Coaching with Me

    My holistic life coaching combines medical intuitive insights, somatic healing, and transformational coaching to address the root causes of chronic symptoms and life challenges—not just manage them.

    In our sessions, I:

    • Use medical intuitive abilities to identify energetic patterns behind physical symptoms

    • Guide you through somatic techniques to release stored trauma and regulate your nervous system

    • Provide customized healing protocols tailored to your specific needs

    • Offer comprehensive session notes with practical tools and reflection questions

    This approach helps with: chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, major life transitions (grief, career changes, menopause), and unexplained symptoms that conventional medicine can't address.

    Unlike traditional therapy or generic life coaching, I work with the mind-body connection to help you understand what your body is communicating. My role is to guide you back to remembering that you are the master healer of your own life.

    You don't need everything figured out—just willingness to listen to your body's wisdom and trust the healing process.

  • I recommend booking a transformational coaching session every two weeks to bring lasting change.

  • Book a 45-minute complimentary call to discuss your needs and goals.

  • I offer in-person and distance energy healing services. Energy healing is not confined by time or space and can be sent to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Thought is energy, so when I focus on my intent, I send that energy to you. Once the intention is set and you are willing to receive it, the energy flows through the naturally existing energy currents to you the same as energy flows through a Wi-Fi signal.   • You will receive an email or text with instructions two days before your appointment. If you have an in-studio appointment, you will lie fully clothed on a massage table while I place my hands lightly on or hover over areas of your body where you hold pain or constricted energy. You may feel a light tingling when the energy is activated in certain areas. After the session, I will share the intuitive insights I received, review your impressions, and provide follow-up notes and recommendations. Booking three to four sessions is recommended to clear blockages and reduce chronic pain.

    Online Energy Healing sessions follow the same flow as an in-person visit. I will contact you by phone or Zoom. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position in a quiet space free from distractions. You may feel a light tingling when the energy is activated in certain areas. After the session, I will share the intuitive insights I received, review your impressions, and provide follow-up notes and recommendations. Booking three to four sessions is recommended to clear blockages and reduce chronic pain.
