I didn't arrive at this work by trying to become someone new. I arrived by letting go of everything I thought I had to be.

My life changed after my husband died. Two months later, I saw his energy hovering above a candle flame—brilliant blue, unmistakable, alive. It didn't disappear in an instant. It stayed long enough for something in me to register what I was seeing, and then something else began to happen.

I started noticing energy everywhere. Not as a concept, but as a lived experience. I realized this wasn't new—it was something I had been sensing all along without language for it. My awareness widened. I could feel it in my body, hear it, see it, know it. What had once been background became unmistakably present.

That moment didn't open and close. It opened, and then it kept opening.

What followed wasn't a sudden sense of peace. It was a deep unraveling.

Before any awakening, I lived inside my body as if it were something to manage. I knew grief intimately. Depression that didn't lift. Anxiety that tightened my chest and stole my breath. Menopause that left me feeling unfamiliar to myself. Weight gain. Hair loss. Digestive issues that became chronic. Years of putting everyone else first while my own body asked—quietly, persistently—to be heard.

I was functioning. I was capable. And I was profoundly disconnected.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to override myself and began listening instead.

Not intellectually. Physically. Energetically. Honestly.

I listened to what my body was holding. To what had never been spoken. To the part of me that already knew.

Over time, my health reorganized. I weaned myself off prescription medications. My energy returned. I lost weight without forcing it. My hair grew back. My digestion stabilized. But more than any physical shift, I felt alive again. In my late 50s, I have more vitality than I did in my 20s—not because I fixed myself, but because I stopped fighting who I was.

This work grew out of that experience.

I founded Samsara Healing as a place for people who are no longer willing to live in opposition to themselves. People whose bodies, emotions, or lives are asking for honesty instead of effort.

I don't see myself as someone who heals others. I listen. I witness. I help create the conditions where the body can speak and be trusted again. Where emotion doesn't need to be managed. Where intuition doesn't need to be justified.

My work draws from nervous system awareness, somatic attention, and medical intuition, but the heart of it is simple: when someone stops bracing against what they feel, the body starts to reorganize on its own.

Symptoms soften. Clarity returns. Life moves again.

I work with people navigating chronic illness, anxiety/depression, menopause, grief, burnout, and major life transitions. I don't help people "get through" these experiences. I help them meet what's actually there — fully, honestly, and without rushing toward resolution.

Samsara means the cycle of death and rebirth. I've found that we don't transform by avoiding what hurts. We transform by listening to it long enough for it to change us.

You are not broken. Your body is not betraying you. Your life is not off track. Something in you is remembering.

My role is to walk beside you while that remembering unfolds—quietly, honestly, and without force.
